Ourcade is about putting everyone in the game, so we want everyone to be able to use our website. That includes people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, voice control, screen magnification or other assistive technology.
Our standard
Ourcade.com is fully accessible from start to finish. You can browse our games, personalize yours and check out with a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control or screen magnification. We build and test the site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the widely used standard for accessible websites.
What we do
- Every page of the site is checked automatically each week against WCAG 2.2 AA, including keyboard focus, zoom up to 400% and the game personalizer, and we keep dated records of the results.
- We review the site by hand with the keyboard and in the code. Our most recent full review was in September 2026.
- We check accessibility again whenever we add a new game or feature.
- We build accessibility into the site's own code. We don't use accessibility "overlay" plugins, which can get in the way of the tools you already use.
Checkout
Checkout and customer accounts run on Shopify, our e-commerce platform. If anything there gets in your way, tell us and we'll help you finish your order.
Need a hand?
If any part of the site makes it hard to shop, email us at hello@ourcade.com. We'll help you place your order and create your game, including sending the game preview for you to approve before you pay. If you need any of our content, such as a policy, in a different format, just ask.

- the device, browser and any assistive technology you use, if you're comfortable sharing
